I have a choice between 2 rounds, both on sale. The rounds are the Kent fasteel and the Winchester expert. Both in 3 1/2 inch. The Kent is I think $15.95 per box. The Winchester is $12.95 per box. I have used both and have had great success with both. Now I wonder what others would use for the price considering the Winchesters are normally the price of the Kents and the Kents are normally 20 some odd bucks. thnx.

Out of yor choices I would by Kent hands down! Did you ever take a Winchester Xpert apart?? You will understand why...
I used Hevi Shot all last season with great success. I have had not so great results with steel shot so I refuse to use it. But Kent was the better of the steel shot I have used.

Take a few out and test 'em for pattern, hitting power, at ranges you plan to shoot at. 
I did that last summer and came up with the same conclusion. They seemed to both pattern nicely at the same ranges. Performace is about the same.
