What manufacturer is this?

Can someone tell me what the manufacturer is? I got this gun about 10 yrs ago and there is no real manufacturer on the gun. I have attached two pictures to better help. This is what is written in case you cant see it in the close up pic.. Any help would be appreiciated.

Cool thanks. So is there a site/etc for more info on this? I am looking to sell this gun and upgrade to either a Tikka Lite or Sako in a 30-06 and i have no clue what this gun is worth (minus the scope).
