Hey folks,

I had the chance to handle a Marlin 336y model a while back and fell in love. Probably the most handy little rifle I've ever put my paws onto with the Ruger scout as a 2nd. Haven't seen any for sale for a little while which makes me a bit sad as I was hoping to pick one up.

What models do you guys think Ruger will bring back? I'm hoping they bring back the 336y model and stainless would be a huge bonus.

I’d like a factory Marlin 1895 with a 12.5” barrel and straight grip walnut stock. Make it a mares leg for the US SBR laws if they must and I’ll add my own stock. But I think that’s unlikely LOL

Otherwise when they bring back the 1895 Dark series with the parked finish that’ll be great, could use one to keep my stainless TSBL trapper company.

When the 1894 start to be produced I hope they bring out some interesting models as well

Don't care what they come back with owned a ton of them in the day good guns but the pre 64 Winchesters were always a cut above . At todays prices most everything on the todays market is a joke That goes for all makes. Feel bad for new shooters .

A Marlin 1894 mares leg I would also be all over.

Not sure how you can compare a rifle that you can't really scope to one you can plus the last few years of pre 64 Winchesters were so bad due to outdated worn out machinery. The Marlins were always a cut above .
