Looks like a tracker to me,going through some books list it as 'traditions inline'

It is the older style for #11 caps, not the newer 209 system. Is it worth getting a 209 breech plug and upgrading? Any source/price for the 209 plugs?
The rifle is a "Ducks Unlimited Special Edition" thus the different stock.
The price was right. A friend won it at a dinner with a $5.00 prize draw ticket. He is not into BP so he gave it to me!!
I have the same tracker in synthetic black stock with the 209 primer ignition. Yes, it is well worth using the 209 primers!!! They are far better in getting positive ignition every time you shoot.
No idea how much it goes for. Most any Traditions dealers should have them at a reasonable price as they do eventually need replacing after much repeated use.

To convert to 209 you will alsohave to change the bolt,this requires a conversion kit not just a new plug.These kits retail for under $30 if you can find one.If not just keep the flash hole clear,use magnum caps and enjoy.
