What mount is this and who carries them?

A.R.M.S. #22 on cantilever spacer and #17 base.

Wolverine carries those...that is a great setup provided you have a well spec'd upper. I have issues with ARMS levers on rails (both handguard and receivers) that were of unknown pedigree. Never had any issues with any of my Colt's or Bushmasters.

I used ARMS in the past on BM and colt with no problems. I am still using ARMS on my PRI made Swiss arms rail.
