What mounting screws do I need?

Last year I bought a nice little Weaver K2.5 with rings and appropriate mount to put on my .45-70 Guide Gun. Just finally getting around to mounting it now and realized that there are no screws to mount the base to the receiver.

I can't even determine what base it is as there are no markings on either it nor the rings. Here are a few pics. Can anyone help me out? What rings do I need and whereabouts will I find them? Unfortunately, I don't have the necessary tools to determine thread, etc...

6-48 are the standard screws that Weaver use.

thats a standard $5-6 weaver brand base.
would be cheaper and faster just to buy a new one packaged with all the screws than it would to hunt down or order new screws.
