I am not sure what to get this year. I am in Ontario and hunt coyote, deer, bear, and soon moose. I currently have a .223 (Savage 10FLCP), 270WSM (Model 70), 30-30 (Win 94). 303 (Lee-Enfield), and a 300WSM (A-Bolt). Thinking that something between .223 and .270 would be a logical next purchase. I don't handload and am left handed. What calibre and gun would you recomend?

You've got fast'n'flat covered. In my opinion what you've got is great for coyote/deer/sheep/antelope, and your 300 is the premier elk rifle.
What you don't have is something big'n'slow with a heck of a big whack at the end. My suggestion for a moose/bear calibre would be something in the line of an iron sights lever in 375win/444/45-70/450marlin.(but I'm biased)
As anything, take this with a grain of salt, but in my personal opinion, the perfect deer/antelope/sheep gun is a .270, the perfect elk gun is a 300winmag, the perfect moose gun is a 45/70-450marlin, and for bear whatever you have that will clean it from stem to stern will work fine.:D
You have to remember, don't buy a gun for what you want to hunt "this" year, buy a gun for what you might want to hunt 5 yrs from now.
I'm certain others will disagree, but best of luck.

Everybody should have a 308. Yeah I know its not between but the range of loads it can be stuffed with is amazing. Real small (100gr) right up to 180 and past. A lot easier on my shoulder that my dirty 06.
