Ever since I got into high pressured pcp air guns the fun addiction started.

I started with a gamo cfx .177 and was quite content with it. Very accurate too.

Quest1000x simple break barrel in .177 and then a gamo hunter 1250 in .177 that later had lots of issues. Couldn't get any accuracy from it and then the barrel got flaky. Pellets started tumbling out from it when shooting.

Then the pcps ..

Airforce condor :). Still one of my favorites.

Eun jin sumatra awesome reloading action and power.

Career 50 dragon kaboom! Destroys everything it hits with a .50 roundball.

Fx revolution is the most fun and high tech air gun I own. Semi auto shooting is an airgunners dream :)

I'm open to any suggestions for my next airgun.

Havent you covered all the a/g bases by now? Give your wallet a break and purchase a .22lr

forgot to mention what I own... a dinky qb57 that launches a pellet a wopping 600 fps!

I have a Diana 34 .177 that launches a pellet at close to 1000 fps, and is quite accurate with the right pellet. Crows have succumbed to it a couple of times, even at around 45 yards. Eagleye. Oh, Beer Drinker....I have about 30 22's as well! ;) :D

I presently have a Feinwerkbau 603, a Feinwerbau 601, and an Anschutz 2001. I really don't know their muzzle velocities, but the pellets are capable of going through (nearly) the same hole. They are each a good test of one's shooting skill.

Lol I think you're right. I sometimes don't realize that I take my hobby to far. Almost like an airgun addiction.

The career 50 dragon is very accurate. 180gr roundballs go where you want them to, if you do your part. Wind doesn't affect the accuracy a lot. This gun is an air hog!

I have an Ruger AirHawk 1000fps, I haven't shot it that much but I like what I have seen so far! It came with a nice scope and great looking wood stock, over all the rifle looks great!

Why must someone get all technical, he he some places like were I live you can only shoot rimfire or 12 gauge around the county so adding a 1000fps pellet gun gives you more options for bagging that squirrel or rabbit, without anyone hearing you! As far as bylaws go you would have to check with your municipality to find out what your restrictions are.

Just wondering what the purpose of an airgun is if you need a PAL anyways. Where can you legally shoot it, assuming you live in the city and there is discharge bylaws. I just don't see any advantages.

For me... It brings me back to being a kid... And, it's powerful enough to dispatch small game. I've used them for rabbit hunting, ONE shot to the head...

My Gamo 440, is rated @ 1000 fps, but I've yet to run it over a chrono...

Cheers

Are there any airguns that can efficiently kill a coyote at 30 yds? Well place shot of course!
I would be interested as I have thing for doing things differently when possible.
Airforce Condor!Simple switch of the barrel for different calibers from .177,.22,.25,9mm,45cal,50cal,.There are even guys who set them up in 308 cal.Of course you have to tweak the valve and have a heavier hammer to open the valve for the larger calibers.Check out the Talon Airgun Forum, you will find all the info you need about these wonderful airguns.I like them so much,i have two:D!

Im an airgun enthusiast.

Air guns are fun because you can make your home or backyard into a range. Unlike powder burner guns, air guns aren't as loud or very quiet.

Most airguns dont require much or any cleaning after shooting. clean ups are easy because no casings are used.

shooting an air gun at 100 yards is like shooting a powder burner at 500.

I have a Discovery by Crossman. PCP 22 cal @ 900 fps. I set a target up @ 30 yrds on a 3/4" piece of plywood and a hollow piont exits the plywood through a hole the size of a nickle. Bug Buster scope and no recoil, I love it :D

Diana: 34,48,350. Hw 97k, Air Arms Tx200MK3, Benji: Silver Streak, Blue streak,Rws 850 Air mag. air guns are fun, and no trip to the range needed, shooting anytime, out of doors, or in of doors.

I have a Gamo Varmint Hunter. 1000 fps with lead, 1200 fps with PBA rounds. If I use quality rounds like predators or raptors the groupings are VERY tight. at 50 yards I can hit a beer bottle cap EVERY shot, at 100 yards it's about 3 in 7. Fairly light and easy to shoulder too.
