I spent some time searching and had some luck but not all. I want to put the safety back one of my LE's, a No 5. All I have is the arm. Looking at a No.4, I need the outer and screw? and is there a spring?
Found the "Install" thread by Buffdog(I think) and agree, should be a sticky based on the 1000's of LE's owned by the Cgn community.

Check out Sarco or Numrich for parts diagrams or disassemble a no. 4.
