what powders do they use in .22lr?

well of course we may never know since its probably once of their special powders....but what powder that is available to us would be close to what they use? just curious i would assume its somewhat fast burning since its a straight walled case?....

Please keep in mind that ammo companys don't need to use canister grade powder for thier ammo, although they might in practice.
