I can't believe I have to come on here AGAIN to complain about the lack of service with these guys. 3 Weeks on and my order has yet to be filled..numerous friendly PM's lately have gone unanswered.
WTH? I don't care how busy they are or any other bullcrap story they have. I'am the CUSTOMER, and they have my money without supplying my goods.

A little GD communication is all that is required.
 
Have you called us? I've posted on here many times to call or email. I don't always have a chance to check pm's all the time on here.
 
I feel bad for the dealers on this site. There hasn't been one that hasn't been slagged on at some point.

I'm not sure about your situation, but I can comment on my dealings and the dealings of many others with SFRC. Definitely one of the top dealers in Canada IMO.

Ryan is a class act and will continue to get my business for years to come.

Just remember Ryan, no matter how hard you try, you won't be able to please everybody.

No I have not called. The last time we communicated you told me to PM you. So that's what I've done. You're here posting all day, and you don't check PM's?..hmmm

Please ship my remaining order, and we can conclude our business.
 
Vinkat, a few things, I just checked my emails and there are none from you. There are also no voicemails from my memo list. I PM'd you explaining the problem when you last posted. You purchased a rather large amount of ammunition. When packaging it I dropped 4 boxes (boxes not cases) of ammo and they broke open. Everything else shipped besides these. You were told they would ship when they come in and your only request was to be informed when they shipped. You never asked for a refund for the 4 boxes you just asked to be informed when they shipped. I was under the impression this wasn't an issue for you. I'm expecting the ammo to arrive any day now when my next order shows up. If you want a refund for the 4 boxes just ask. As you know there is already a shipping label created for it as you've been provided with the tracking #. As I've requested from everyone else, please email or call, I don't check PM's on here every day.

Because I'm doing it from my phone...PM's are a pain to open/read on it. Right now I'm in the office, for about 10 minutes, then I'm off to pick up another order of ammo from Wolf. I told you to PM me last time as I'd assumed you'd trid to contact us via email or phone like everyone else does. Your ammo isn't here yet so it can't be shipped. Would you like 4 boxes of CCI Blaser 22lr instead of the 4 boxes of Federal Champion you are waiting on? Those can go out today.

You stated clearly that 4 boxes will ship once THIS weeks order comes in. That was two weeks ago. No further communication.

You went dark without completing my order. Please fulfill this order when this weeks order, or next weeks order...or..whenever your order comes in.

So does editing the junk feature on your email.
 
That was the order I placed that week...which was this week at the time. They usually take 7-14 days to arrive. I can see the misunderstanding in that as I could have been clearer. I haven't communicated as they haven't arrived therefore I didn't msg to say they had shipped. Hopefully this resolves this saga. For anyone else reading this, please email or call if you ever have a problem with your order.

ranting on Gunnutz

I have just recently finished, to me, was a considerable amount of business with SFRC. Multy firearm and ammo orders. I have been guilty of ranting on Gunnutz about the speed of service and delivery. I, however, have been informed by a Gunnutz member of the size of the business and number of staff. Being, what amounts to a family business, and having to deal with the volume of business they handle, I can find it in me to cut them a little slack in the future. To you pissed off customers out there, your life will not come to an end because your gun or ammo is late.
 
I've dealt with SFRC in the past and have nothing but praise for how smooth the transaction went.

I think some people need to experience what it's like to work in Retail/Wholesale or even in a Customer Service department; a lot of these type of posts would disappear if they did. There are too many people out there that don't realize how the entire process of product distribution works.
 
I never really thought this was appropriate to have let alone use, but you sir have provided a excellent reason for its use.
