What ring height for AR-A4 upper with std. fixed front sight?

Just like the title says...

When my upper arrives (flat top A4 style but a Standard Fixed Front Sight)... what height of ring should I use to clear the front post (so the reticle is not overly obstructing). Any suggestions?

If it matters I am seriously considering the Burris Ballistic Plex reticle (2x-7x-35mm).

Just look though the front post. Med or High rings should work. I use Med ARMS #35 on mine with a MK4 MR/T 3-9x36mm.

The Leupold flattop rings are either High or Super High, they claim this is the ideal setup for use with their MRT line...
