What rings do i need and where to get them?

i need rings for a 30mm scope, that sits the scope 11mm from the top of the pic rail.

i tried finding rings. one manufacturer says their height is from the rail to 1/2 of the scope body. another says from the base to the scope tube (?) and others list the height in inches which just ads to my fun.

looking for quality rings, not cheap leapers junk.

any ideas?
 
I suggest you bring your scope and rifle to a gun shop and let them help you out. I would be very wary of ordering rings online unless you are confident in the info. If manufacturer only gives specs for the base of the rings, what you do is measure your scope's objective bell divide in half then add that to your manufacturers number it will give you the exact center location of your scope plus rings. 1 inch is 25.4mm
 
Burris is your best value in a quality ring - I would recommend the Sig ZEE highs.

If you prefer a tactical style, then the Burris XTR Meds... These will both be real close to what you want.

From there, open your wallet ... lots of other choices.
