what rings to use on a savage fcp-k 308 with a 6500 elite 4.5-30x 50mm scope

i have tried 4 different set of rings mid or high and the mid does not give enough clearance on the front of the scope and the high rings make it so i need to stretch my neck to see into the scope ... what are people using ?

Maybe use your high rings and get a cheek riser installed?

What brand of rings are you using?

Different brands of rings will offer different heights. For example: Leupolds High rings might be slightly different in height compared to Nightforce or another brand. Shop around and look at the actual height measurement as opposed to "medium" or "high"
