What rings to use wint A.R.M.S. #18 ???

Got my mount this morning, it's all installed and looks awesome !!!

Christmas came early

So I checked the board out and couldn't find my answer.

I wan't A.R.M.S. QD rings.

I want to install a Leupold VX-II 3x9x40 Tactical on it. 1 inch tube.

What height should I get ?

Low, Med, High ????
