What rings to use with ARMS18 Mount?

I am seriously considering purchasing an ARMS18 mount and am looking for about 2 or 3 suggestions for rings that will be just as good quality as the mount. It would be used on a scope with a 40mm objective lens. Bushnell Banner 6-24x40 that is.

Can anyone suggest a few rings and where I can get them in Canada, and a ballpark price?

Or if there is a "one and only" ring to use with the mount that's fine.. :D :D

I got the #22M Arms rings and am very happy with them. Quite handy being able to go from scope to irons in a couple of seconds. You'll need the 1" insert though since they're for 30mm tubes.
 
Hmmm...lol ok looking for something a little cheaper (those are $110US), and simpler/lower profile... those things look kind of big and bulky.

Not looking for anything fancy, just some rock solid military grade type rings.
 
After you drop the money on the ARMS mount, the rings aren't that much of a stretch. If you're looking for military grade rings (which ARMS are), you'll be in the same ball park anyway. They aren't any more bulky that any other rings, and you'll apreciate being able to go to irons in a couple of seconds if you need to, which since you can't use irons with the ARMS mount and the scope installed is handy.
 
Yes, but they're not "see through" mounts, when using your irons you are looking over the ARMS mount, that's why it's so low and why you must remove the scope and rings to use them, hence why #22 rings are a good idea.
