What scope base fits Grizzly 870 factory drilled ?

Good morning, looking to tap into the knowledge base of the forum.

What scope base fits a Dominion Arms Grizzly 20 gauge shotgun ?

It has 3 holes factory drilled and tapped on the reciever.

I’m sure you are referring to the Magwedge rail. It has three holes. I have one on a grizzly, not the 20 gauge though.

Seems to me there are different hole configurations on various Grizzly models, with 12 gauge anyway. Best measure the spacing first.

They are different depending on how new or old the gun is, there’s a rail magwedge made for them that cam in either high or low heights. Iirc the last run Canam put out had three holes tapped for a rail they offered, honestly any piece of picatinny rail would work. You’ll just have to drill it to match the receiver hole mounting spacing.

I measured it up.
Center to center of first set of holes (closest to reciever) is 25mm.
Center to center from middle to farthest hole( closest to muzzle) is 32mm

OAL center to center is 57mm.

I test fit a Marlin 336 rail I have, off by ½mm

Perhaps some of the dealers shown at the bottom of magwedges link has them, come in low or high, or just drill whatever rail to match as Butcherbill mentioned.

Hopefully the two holes on the rail end up lining up, it won’t be hard to drill a corresponding hole though. The magwedge rail has a channel you can use as a back up rear sight notch.
