What scope/sight works best with AR15 (Colt SA20) front sight post?

I plan on purchasing a AR15 and my eye sight isn't like a 20 year old any more
So I need a scope/sight that will work with the Colt SA20 front sight post.

Any suggestions?

Can't afford an Elcan 1X4 right now; but in the future

I've been YouTube surfing and I like EOTech Holographic Weapons Sight for it's field of view where you can keep both eyes open.
I've never used one.
I've only fired a rental AR15 from Target Sports Canada range; It had flip up sights.
