STA man, power to weight ratio. It's the biggest of those you metioned that will fit your 700. Load it down if you prefer. I'm assuming you already have a 375 H&H. If not why are we talking?

Yes Dan I'd love the STA, but I'd love to have any of them. I'm just not fully decided yet, but a tactical 358 STA would be awesome.

I have a 358 norma,358 sta,35 brown whelan.... my favorite????? The one I hope to get built next,a 358-338 lapua blown out to a 38 degree shoulder and minimal case taper.Any of the 35's will work,and work well!!!! The Sta will be going on a grizz hunt this spring with me,I would have prefered my p-14 20 inch barrel 358 norma which is probally the most accurate med bore I own, but it has a bad habit of once in a blue moon,trying to chamber 2 rounds at once!!!!! Not a good thing

358 Norma Forever!

I have owned a custom Dumolin 358 for years. At 100 yds it shoots a ragged 3 shot hole. Shot a couple of moose with 250 gr. Speers. Devastating! If you're recoil sensitive it does pack a wallop.
