What size fiber optic rod in SP-01 Shadow?

CZ 75 SP-01 Shadow from 2014. Does it have the 1.0mm (.040) or the 1.5mm (.060) diameter rod?

I ordered some in 2013 and it was 1.5mm but have not needed to replace mine yet I would give Freedom Ventures a call to confirm.

My slightly older Shadow had a 1.5mm, I think all stock plain Shadows are 1.5......................I switched to the 1.0.

Yep......I'm running 1mm in mine ...bought some online too keep in stock...simple to retro-fit, and change the colour....

Ya know, I decided when fanged at the ends with a flame, there isn't a huge difference in size, but enough to help me aquire my center of target quicker..

You put a 1.0 mm fibre in a 1.5 mm sight? Don't think you'd see a difference. It still has to flare out to the 1.5 mm+ to secure. I have the actual 1.0mm sight and it is a big difference in the size of the fibre.

Interesting point...but strangely enough, the 1mm when flared, has a small halo, but still appears 1mm..its only the rod that shows bright....I thought this was common, maybe just what happened to me.....may try it on another pistol to see.....
