Just curious who's tried what for aftermarket stocks on they're ruger precision rifle, and they're opinions. Any suggestions?

Most popular stock change is the Seekins Precision forend (15" I think) and Magpul PRS butt stock

But I am kind of surprized that I have not yet seen anyone going for a more compact and portable minimalist configuration.... Maybe more along the line for hunting. Maybe even with a shorter or slightly lighter profile barrel.

So far, I've found the factory stock alright, I can transition from strong to weak side no problem and it seems to work ok for support. I don't have a ton of rounds through it and haven't shot a PRS match yet with it, but for the shooting I've done with it, I'm happy. Oh and I'm a BIG fan of the Prs stock on .308 AR platforms.

I got a KFS TacMod Adjustable Stock, rather than going with the PRS, and I'm really happy with it so far. It takes a little bit to set up how you want, but you really can get it so it feels like its fits perfectly for you. Plus you don't have to switch out the buffer tube.

Some of the XLR Industries stocks would also be a good option, Gary at Bighorn can get them, handguard I say you can't beat the Seekins, I ended up with a spare that I hung onto just in case I ended up building a second RPR in 6.5 but that passed as my .308 performs very well, then kept it for maybe when the new .223 RPR comes out but went a different route on that, so might be time to list it and let it go.
