Looks like a lower bracket and screws to clamp it tight. Did you miss any attachment points on the kit?

I'm pretty sure that's a barrel clamp, look to see if there's a place that has those screws to attach the rail to the barrel.

Here is a pic from the zahal website. Maybe im blind but i dont see this "clamp" anywhere in this pic
It kinda looks like something under the top of the handguard around the barrel just behind where the 3 top vents are, look above and see if that's it???
The screws look like possibly spares for the rear upper screw? It says on Zahal's website that the lower rail 'clamps' to the barrel, so it would probably be hidden under the top rail... they may have shipped the wrong screws for the lower clamp, or maybe it's not even supposed to be there?? I dunno, might have to Email or post this in Zahal's dealer section here, they seem to be very quick replying to things.
IIRC when installing the B&T quad rail on a CZ858, that there were clamps on the bottom rail section.... Even though it didn't seem to need it, they kept the lower section in place for aggressive use of a vertical grip I suppose.

This is the B&T rail.... Might at least give you something to look for.

Try email Zaha direct. They can prob square you up. Maybe meant for a different model of rifle? Dunno
