Definitely a Walther, but they have been know to license out their designs.

S&W also had a version called the SW99.

Not sure where the baby eagle name is coming from because the Baby Eagle itself was originally made by IWI and called that by Desert eagle who were importing them at the time.

I think the frame is made in Germany by Walther and the slide and some other parts are made here. Anyways why not but a real P99 its around the same price.
