What time zone is this forum on?

I post at 4.30 am Eastern but the time stamp says 8.30 am. Is this Icelandic time?

In the blue bar above on the left is the User CP (control panel) you can adjust your time zone there..

I guess your not in the same zone as I am.....of course yours will be different...

But the forum or server this place runs from, and if it's located here in Ontario, well it will be (GMT -5:00) as it's standard, and members need to adjust to their own time zone, as per directions described in the above post to have the correct time showing for them.

then again for viewing the forums, it really don't matter what the time is....

Thanks guys. This has been bugging me a teeny weeny bit for close to 5 years. I'm glad we got that all sorted out.

EDIT: wow the time stamp is right now.
