What triggers the "sock puppet" police?

I've been posting here for a little while and now my wife would like to. not sure I like the idea but she is heavily armed ... So, anyway, what's the policy on two accounts coming from the same IP address?

Um... shouldn't be a problem at all... both my wife and I are on the forum under different accounts... Really don't think there's a limit.

Just send a pm to one of the mods to let them know .Less work for them than having to sort it out later if both accounts get banned by mistake.

I have wondered this too. I have seen bans for multiple accounts. My girlfriend is a member andl I have friends who log in here from time to time.

I don't think the mods would be actively monitoring people's IP to ban them unless there is an automatic banning system in place...
