My friend got back to me. Those rounds were not reloaded by him or his dad. They were bought back in the 80's.

Weird that one sticks out and one sits flush and they are factory ammo! AND they come in different casings!

He did not reload them......but he did buy reloaded ammo, wich would explain the differences.
