What type of Quick release mounts are these?!

Okay, I'm stumped. I can't find a pic anywhere online that matches these mounts, let alone a style or brand. These are mounted on a little FN SA .22. Anybody seen these before?

Any brand names or model names that I could use to locate some rings would be appreciated.

A little more research and I know its not a 'claw' mount but seems to be a type of 'pivot'. Still can't find any pics online. Has anybody got a clue as to the maker or model?!

The rear base looks a lot like the quick release mounts used by Rigby. I suspect these are proprietary mounts installed by one of the English or European gunmakers, not something that would be available over the counter.

Ralph Martini might know or have such beasts in the "box".
Seems every smith has a "box" "drawer" "bucket" or "majic cappella".........
