I think it is a shorty AK74 called an AKS-74U

Definitely a AKS-74U, and the muzzle device looks like a Krinkov Brake (ht tp://www.brownells.com/rifle-parts/barrel-parts/muzzle-brakes/krinkov-brake-sku246199002-5735-13614.aspx)
