What would be the make of this Ruger?it is said it is a Charger but that is a pistol.

Looks like a charger with a folding stock and either a fake suppressor or one that is a huge overkill for that gun.
 
Yep charger pistol with a Suppressor. In the USA only way to get short barreled rifles without atf approval and tax stamp is to make a non-shoulderable rifle that can be fired single handedly so it's a pistol.

What do you mean by that and where does thi properly get posted?I can't find duplicate of this on Ruger's site or the net.
 
This belongs in the Rimfire section, it's a .22. You won't find any info because it is a Ruger Charger pistol that some has modified to look like that.
