What would it take??

What would be involved in converting a rifle with a blind box magazine to a swing out floor plate style?? Specifically a Stevens 200, I know there would be stock work involved, but if I was to undertake a project like this, I would spring for Boyds laminate too.

Probably be better off trading for the savage with the floorplate I think,then buy the boyds.
