I'm just testing the waters here, seeing what sort of offers I'd get in trades if I decide that I don't want these 2 rare and fine guns.

Rhuzi - ~ $1100. Skorpion - $800-1100.

First off I didn't ask for cash prices here, I said trades. Also, I'm guessing you haven't noticed that the last 2 Skorpions listed both went for over $1400, and there is another one listed right now for $1850.

I don't think I'd be too hasty dumping that Rhuzi. Although, I'm not entirely sure why. Maybe it's from reading all those articles about the Selous Scouts in Soldier of Fortune and the BS Rhodesian farmers had to endure, long ago. It strikes me as a dandy piece just to have. Given the history.

Dumping these 2 guns isn't something I've decided on. The Skorpion hasn't even arrived yet. I'm just wondering what kind of offers I'd get if I were to put them up for trade.

the Rhodesian commando is a low end gun I sold mine a few years back for 700.00

a few havew sold on here for 600.00 to 900.00

personally id pay no more then 600 for one haveing owned one before.....

Can't comment on the Rhuzi, but I think just about anyone who wanted a Skorpion already has one from the tons that Wolverine Supplies were selling the last few years. Never did it for me, but each to his own. As for the Skorpion listed at $1850.00...ever wonder why it is still for sale? If you like them, you're probably better off keeping them than trying to sell them, because I don't think you're going to be able to turn them into some sort of windfall. They do make for the start of a nice SMG collection for yourself though!:)

Both are lower end SMG clones, not woth that much, maybe worth $1800.00 for both along with good number of magazines and ammo. Sorry pal you got hosed when you bought them apparently, but don't expect much when you try and dump them. BTW this is not a buy and sell forum.

THe Rhodesian Commando carbine has nothing to do with the Rhodesian Commando....it was a civilian firearms designed for the locals during the sanction. THey were so desparate the early ones supposedly used casting to make barrels.......you got the idea!

Greentips is right, I use mine mostly as a paper weight or back scratcher. Fired it once or twice, most likely never again.
Then again if some young and upcoming individual wanted to take the 'fascinating' piece of history off my hands for $2000 I would oblige......come on, you know you want it, steeped in Rhodesian history!!
