Hey guys.... I am new to this site. I just bought a new gun. And to pay for this gun I need to sell my 303 british. How much is one worth. It has an aftermarket stock, 3x9 bushnel scope, 40 loaded rounds, a bunch of brass, reloading dies, and a box of bullets. Please let me know how much it would be worth. It is in great shape. thanks guys:confused:

if the loaded rounds are handloads they are worth $0 how much brass? what kind of dies how many bullets what kind weight etc. pictures of the rifle and scope will go a long way in telling you what you can sell it for

otherwise under $200 for a sporterized enfield and probly around $75-$125 for the scope

The gun has a ton of markings.... it is a no.4 mark1 there is a 12/43 on the side, so I am guessing it is a 1943 model. It does have all the same ser. # on all parts of the gun. The scope is an older bushnel custom 3x9. The gun is in excellent shape. I just dont need it any more..... since I have a new hunting rifle.

If the gun has been drilled and tapped for a scope...it is then just a shooter and those sell on here for $150 or so. Original steel fixings are wanted items so they may be restored.

As mentioned. Is the gun drilled and tapped for a scope? Or does it have some sort of no-gunsmith mount. Has the barrel been chopped down at all? Does it still have the original military front and rear sight or have these been removed?

As with most sporterized lee enfields they really do not have much value. Some have the potential to be restored, and if yours has not been drilled, tapped, cut or hacked it any way it may have that potential because of matching numbers. Regardless it will only be on the upper end of a $120-$200 price range if it's as I mentioned and on the lower end if not. This is not including scope. Add $75 or so for the scope.

Dies and brass can fetch a few more bucks, but nothing that's going to make you rich. As someone else said, reloads are worth $0 as not many people are willing to use someone elses reloads. Maybe add another $40 bucks for dies, a box of factory and 50 or so brass.
