"Bulleted-breach-cap", a variation on a CB or "conical ball". The traditional Flobert CB has a true round ball, the BB has a bullet shaped lead slug.

Definition for "bulleted-breech cap":
(BB cap) The bulleted-breech cap is the oldest self-contained cartridge having been developed in 1845. Most commonly used in low-noise, low-recoil .22 caliber gallery shooting, the cartridge design consists of a primed cap attached to a bullet, with no other external or internal propellants. Still manufactured today in various rimfire calibers.
