Whats a cheap semi-auto?

Other then the SKS are there any more cheap semi-auto milsurps available? Preferably one that has cheap ammunition like the SKS? It would also be nice if it had an easier way to mount a scope then the SKS does.
I realize this is probably a tall order, but I just thought I would give it a try.

SKS is the best of the "cheap" semis. The next up is the M305, but at double the price and 5 times the price for ammo, it is not as cheap.

You could also bag an SVT and go on a wild goose chase for some cheap 7.62x54r. Mounting a scope is pretty easy, you could probably pick one up pretty cheap off the EE with a scope already mounted too.

The 7.62x54R ammo has been available recently. When you see it, you gotta buy it quick, but it is cheap and fun to shoot.

I just bought an SKS and I'm very impressed with it. Reasonably accurate too....

if you can get a hold of a cz 858 do it. same ammo as the sks and wayyy more accurate. i managed to pick one up and i love it.
