What's a Diamond Jubilee Winchester Model 94 worth?

TO make a long story short, my old neighbor was wanting to sell me a pair of Diamond Jubilee Winchester Model 94 Lever action carbines with a 20" round barrel. One is Alberta and the other is Saskatchewan. I believe they came as a set. They have real silver on the receiver with nice engravings/etchings of wheat fields of Saskatchewan and the Alberta flag etc. as well as a nice silver metal on the side of the butt stock. They both have never been shot and are still in the original packaging from when he bought them in 1980. He also has boxes of winchester 38-55 that he bought with the rifle and are marked with AB and SK Diamond Jubilee on them as well. What are these worth? I am an avid pistol / IPSC shooter but I don't know much about rifles.
Thanks.

I've seen them for $750-900 each depending on any usage, factory box, etc. With the ammo and the box and if in mint condition...$900 ea. IMHO

There is a considerable difference between the supposed book values, and the prices that they are actually selling for in this economy. These rifles can be purchased for $500 or less if you shop around.

That gives me a good starting point at least. I may give it a go on the EE to see if there is any interest. if I had a buyer for $1K including all the commemorative 38-55 ammo, I'd sell her in a heartbeat. I think I will end up keeping the AB one and selling the SK. nothing against SK, just don't live there!
