Hey im in the market for a new .22 lr what is a good company make or model of .22lr that is acurate at longer ranges? (without scope)

I've always heard good comments about the CZ line....quality and accuracy are there...also, the new 453 series have an ajustable trigger, what 452's didnt have. I've had a Marlin 882ssv (now it's 982sv) in 22 mag. couple years ago and very happy with it and just ordered a Marlin 7000 22lr (semi) that is supposed to be very accurate and reliable from what i've heard on all the forums. Marlin 980V's also good for the price if it's mainly for bench shooting.

Good shopping and i'm sure you'll find a rifle that will fits your needs!:D

I would imagine you are looking for a rifle with more than average iron sites that are adjustible for distance. I have had an Izhmash Sobol made by the same people that brought us the AK47 for a couple of yearsnow. http://www.izhmash.ru/eng/. It can also accomodate a scope if you ever need it too.

It is availbale in canada through the importer www.armrus.com I strongly suggest you take a look at it. http://armrus.com/info/e_armDetail.php?mod_ID=5
