I know how much I've dumped into this build so all I ask is an honest opinion and not offers before I send it off to the EE

$100... I'll happily save you the trouble of listing it on the EE and just pay you right away too. I just need your email, and I'll send you EMT now... ;)

But seriously, sorry to hear you have to get rid of it... I can't really help you with pricing, but I would probably suspect somewhere in the $800-$1000 range would be a decent starting point, maybe even a little more? Given that I've seen people asking new price for their relatively stock SR-22's, you might be able to get the upper end of that. However, having said that, you may get more by parting it out... Some parts aren't that easy to get ahold of. You could probably get a couple hundred for the action, a couple hundred for the barrel and compensator (not sure how much the latter costs new), maybe $250 for the Troy chassis, etc... It might take a little longer to part, but it might be easier than trying to sell a $1000 rifle to just one person. Hell, I'd even be interested in taking the action and barrel off you, if you want to sell them separately... I'm sure you could find buyers for the rest of it.
