A pedestal base to raise it up a bit should be pretty easy.....but if that's too much work then maybe just a tall threaded post that we can cut to length our selves?

6.5" Grizzly?

3 inch grizzly!!!!

Be sure it's chambered for 3 inch shells, of course. If you were to bring in some aguila mini shells, of course, we'd like something a bit shorter.

^^^ bahahah this barrel length shortening is getting ridiculous. the 8.5" is already a 2+1, the 6.5" is a 1+1??? WTF is the point!!! get a double barrel instead, you will reload faster.

You know you can get any good gunsmith to ream it for chokes for you if you want to - costs somewhere around 100 bucks i think. That'd solve the problem and those norc barrels are plenty thick enough for it.

If you want 14 inch - get the normal backpacker reamed and then by an extended choke with the longer forcing cone - you'll get better results anyway and it'll look very cool
