What's in the Shop This Week

Those chassis are looking amazing Paul. I didn’t order one cause it wasn’t in the bank account but it’s on my list for sure. They look absolutely solid and cannot wait to see the final product one day!

I haven’t seen any pics or anything on these? What are the details? Is there another thread? Or …

I’m guessing they’re going to take tikka actions? It looks like it’s probably going to be ar style pistol grips?

This is the first run of our ultralight, Tikka Specific, folding chassis that we announced at the Kamloops show this past spring.

These take OEM, single stack mags and will weigh just over 1.5lbs.
Preorders are closed as production is under way but I do have a couple "extra units" in the run available if someone wants to pounce.

This has been (and continues to be) the most ambitions project we've tackled to date. The balance of wanting to market this new product (after 2 years of, out of pocket development) but also knowing the limitations of our current production capacity and acknowledging the need to maintain reasonable lead times on our custom smithing work, as well as the production of our current products has made for a VERY busy summer and a slow release.

Moving forward, we've actually placed an order for another CNC mill that should be arriving mid fall. This product is the primary intent for that machine so hopefully by the new year it will be churning these out and we'll have these on the website as a regularly stocked(pun intended) item.

I'll be able to give the official, exact weight once the final production units are fully assembled and back from Cerakoting etc but we're going to be really close of the target goal of a pound and a half.

WOW !!!!!! JUST WOW !!!! Well done sir !!
Absolutely stunning work Paul !!
The work on that rolling block gun of Dan's is as breathtaking as it gets !!
WOW...Still shakin my head.

Well I've been putting long hours into these as well as continuing to complete custom builds and getting people ready for hunting season. Its a constant juggling act and I often feel like I'm behind but things are happening!
There's a couple more chassis components to go and then its off to the Cerakoters for finishing...

In other news we've got another machine ordered and it is scheduled for delivery the end of this week. This is a big deal for my wife and I and represents another jump forward in capacity and capability especially on the production side.
However, they say "growth eats cash for breakfast" so this has been a busy, hectic and tight fall for us.
One of the decisions we've made is to forgo our business membership on here for a bit. I love CGN and plan to be back but its not a cheap form of advertising and the numbers have to make sense.
As a result, I wont be able to access PMs to this account while it is inactive but, as always, my contact info is in my sig line below.
Cheers!
Paul.
