Lathe, milling machine, shaper, measuring tools (dial or digital calipers, at least a 0-1" Micrometer, feeler gauges, a dial indicator or two), a decent set of hard, soft, and roll pin punches, a couple different sizes of hammers (ball peen, preferably, from about 4 oz up to a couple pounds, a decent center punch, a copy of at least one decent industrial reference book, such as Machinery's Handbook.
A small torque wrench, and an assortment of adapters, to get repeatable torques on mounts and stock bolts.
A jewelers loupe, a hand magnifying glass, a decent flashlight.
A decent set of drill bits. Fractions, numbers, and letters. A drill.
A Dremel tool set. Real or a copy. I have three or four. Easier than swapping bits all the time when in the middle of something. At least one flex shaft for the motorized tool. Talk nice to your dentist about dental burrs that he no longer uses or that he has no further use for. Great for getting out those obstinate stripped head screws.
A small lump of CerroSafe and a smal tin to melt it in. Useful for getting a hold on small awkward parts that cannot be gripped in a vise by other means.
Some ideas.
Cheers
