Wasn't sure if this was more suitable in the Pistols section or not, but figured I would get more accurate opinions in here anyways...

So since I've acquired an Inglis Hi-Power, I'm thinking about selling my WaffenAmt Hi-Power and was wondering what it's worth as I'm not familiar with the pricing. I've seen some commercial Hi-Powers listed at anywhere from $750-900 in the EE lately, and I know that WaffenAmt Hi-Powers are supposed to command a premium. Any insight would be appreciated in the matter.

The pistol is all matching, as near as I can tell, except for the magazine. The pistol came with an Inglis marked magazine. There's no rusting on the gun itself, but the blue has worn at the muzzle and on the front and backstrap. The barrel is in very good shape. No pitting and clear and sharp rifling.

As for markings, it's marked with WaffenAmt 140. There's also some marks on the bottom of the backstrap that I'm not familiar with.

Anyways, any help that can be offered would be appreciated.

"...marked with WaffenAmt 140..." It's a standard FN made German occupation BHP with some rust and worn finish. The WaA140 stamp is a German inspector's/proof stamp. I think the slide has been changed too. Wouldn't put any money on that though.
Don't think I'd sell it just because I bought an Inglis.

The flash from the camera is playing some tricks. In the pictures, the finish looks different between the slide and the frame, whereas in person it's not. The flash also shows what looks like rust spots that I can't see in person.

Either way, I'm only debating it because there's another purchase that I'm thinking about making and would need the funds to get.

"...because there's another purchase..." There is that. It's not a bad thing.
Hard to fix a value on one of 'em. Not a lot of 'em around and you'd need to find somebody who wants it. Collector firearms are just like that. Stateside, they run around $700US. You could ask that on the Exchange Forum and see what happens.
Couldn't find a site with the bottom markings.
