I guess if you ignore the shells ejecting across your face and the safety that works backwards you might 'think' it is ambidextrous... but it isn't.

my son is a lefty, so i understand what your saying. however it seems that only affects him with a semi auto. make that first shot count and you wont need the second.

That sounds about right...or left I should say. I'm a lefty and I really only have a problem with semi-auto. As long as I have control over the ejection it is fine except with a RH bolt action which is just a pain in the a** to cycle.
