whats it worth. Winchester Model 88 (pics)

I am looking to sell my 1971 .308 winchester model 88. It might even make its way to the cgn exchange. Now I just took some quick pics. There are smudges on the stock and its alittle dusty (hasn't been shot in 2 years). Was stored for those 2 years properly. Now I'm not sure what its worth but I'm sure the guy at the gun store was trying to rip us off. So I figured I'd ask some of the experts on CGN. If you need more pics just say and i will take them so i can get an accurate estimate of what its worth.

Bought mine for $350.00. But, as there were some trades in on the deal, the true value of what I paid is ....???

A friend bought one in .308 for $350.00 that was 8 years ago, it was used and had a hairline crack at the fore end a good shooter though. One thing to look for in Model 88's are cracked stocks next to the receiver as the wood is a bit thin.

Model 88's in .284 make a great elk gun.
