Been almost 1 month, sent in my application on Nov 22nd, it's Dec 16th and still not on the website. Beginning to wonder if I spelt my name wrong or put in the wrong place of birth.. I can't find their number on their site. What is their number and is it weird for it to take this long?

You sent or they received on the 22nd? Depending where your located, if you sent on the 22nd by regular post then your about the right time line and should see it appear this week sometime. Count on 17 to 20 days from when they receive.
How was it sent? Regular mail would probably take close to 10 days during regular times, Xmas rush is on last week was the busiest time. For me it took almost 20 days to show up once it was received. Sent the 19nov, received NB on the 21st by express post (3days), showed online on 11th Dec. Just keep checking good luck!
Oh I see. I sent regular mail but I was reading on Shorten Pal Approve Times that many people sent in their mail xpress post and it appeared online after 1-2 weeks. Maybe I read that wrong. I will wait another week before I call just to not bug them.
np, when you call they will ask you your name, info etc...like she told me if its not showing up on site they it wont show up for them as well, i was hesitant sending expresspost as it was 16$, but was able to track it and i knew for sure it arrived in Miramichi.
