Hey guys,
What big hunting trips are you planning on... Any? Lots? Or maybe your LHD. Just wondering.

Plus I needed to tell everyone I am going on my first big salmon fishing trip tommorow up to messieaddin? .

I LOVE SALMON! Good luck with the fishing.

I'll be going up to Cageon in deer season for a weekend , perhaps two. It will be my first time hunting .

Fall Moose hunt with Tod Bartell, and maybe one more trip to Port Hardy area to freedive/spearfish.

other then that looking forward to doing lots of walking this fall (upland hunting)

I am some jealous, I would love to go salmon fishing some day.

My 1st elk hunt (Mumptia's too) is almost completely set up for the Peace River area. Excited is an understatement. Maybe not the biggest adventure, but I would love to get an elk.

Back to moose camp this fall, I have a bull tag, my buddy was due to be drawn also, but he is an idiot and forgot to enter the draw!!!!!!!!!

On paper, hunting season seems a little same old same old, but it never is.

Best of luck fishing, fill us in.

And you are admitting this on a public forum????

Good for you, face your fears.

this year i plan on spending every day that i can looking for a ram (which i can do while sleeping in my own bed every night) and heading into the mountains for say 5 days to look for a goat.

I'm looking forward to: beluga hunt in a couple weeks, the big fall caribou hunt in September (or mid-August for good caribou hide), wolf hunt in late March. Right now, fishing for Arctic Char and playing golf.

Hmm.

Mtn. sheep Sept. 8 to 14.

Maybe a Chilcotin deer hunt at end of September.

Another one in October for a limited entry doe tag.

Maybe join a buddy for his moose trip in October, and get introduced to chukar and pheasant hunting too.

Otherwise, lots of waterfowling when I can in October, November, December and January.

Bighorn Ram, Bull Moose, Elk ,Whitetail, Muley, Black Bear.
Might be a bit over zealous but it's always better to have the tag in your pocket than to see a once in a lifetime animal and not be able to do anything about it!
I will be happy to get my Ram, a big Bull Moose, and maybe the Muley, that is a dream combo hunt for me.
Best of luck everyone!
