What type of muzzel brake?
What type of sight, ie; Iron, optic or both?
What type of Ammo, ie; Brand, weight?
What else do you want to add?:D

Rifle: Colt Sporter Match HBAR with Armalite flat-top upper, factory 1:7 barrel, factory A2 flash hider
Optic: Elcan
Ammo: Lapua 69 grain Afficionado
Distance: 100m
Group size: From a rest, 1.1"

I am just starting to reload for my Stag.

Rifle:
Stag 1R
16" 1/7 twist barrel
TA01NSN ACOG scope

Load:
69 gr Sierra Match Kings
24.5 grains of Varget
Federal 205 Primers
OAL 2.250
Remington brass
A light Lee Factory Crimp (1/4 turn)

At 50 yards it shot about 1/3 inch 5 shot group. This is off a bench rest, with a hot barrel and without me really concentrating too hard.

I plan on doing some load development and taking the rifle out to a 100 yard range soon.

3.5" groups w/ WWB .223. Limiting factor is the EOTech. I would expect under 1" with a scope.

Rifle: Eagle lower, Armalite LPK & RRA upper.
Barrel: Wilson CrMo 1/9. 14.5"
Muzzle Brake: Smith G6 Vortex
Sights: EOTech

CLE upper 24" kreiger 1/8" on top of a Eagle Arms with NM trigger.

It will shoot any of my reloads in the same hole if I do my part(45gr up to 80gr).

Actually boring to shoot at 100meters.

I have an old CQ-311 with a 20 inch chrome lined barrel with 1 in 12 twist rate. It is really dirty as I have been seeing how long until it will start to jam adn I fired a 10 shot group into 4 inches at 100 yards with my cheap chinese carry handle scope.

I use a 77gr Nosler at 2775fps (Varget - a compressed load that is theoretically unsafe by SAAMI spec).

I only shoot 10rd strings for groups these days.
There is a great thread on AR15.com as to why.

the majority of my groups are in the 1MOA range (S&B Short Dot set at 4x) with a douglas 16"

I have Krieger, Novekse, and Llija barrels as well -- they do similarily
(all my barrels are freefloated)

My Colt 14.5 RO921HB bbl - hovers at 1.5MOA with that loading.

The tightest groups I have shot are with issue Mk262 Mod1 (BlackHills seems to sell their lesser loads to civilians, as the bought clone stuff I have here and in the US is not as tight.

Rifle: Bushmaster 11.5"
Muzzle Brake: Standard
Sights: Holosight
Ammo: Winchester "White Box" 55gr FMJ
Groups: 1 1/2" or so

Hello Kevin,

Have you had a chance to try the Federal Gold Medal Match 77gr HPBTM? I was wondering how close to the MK262 Issue stuff it is, ie accuracy trajectory etc... Thanks

A lot better than I can shoot. I've promised myself good optics when I can place five shots inside an inch with iron sights... The gun is capable of it. I'm not. ;)

Oh, I'm using a Bushmaster XM15 E2S Dissipator A3....

Both the Fed and other SAAMI spec 77gr is about 100-150fps slower than the Mk262.
I typically shoot red box BH 77's in Fla when shooting for groups -- I am unimpressed with the Fed Brass - so I dont shoot much. Accuracywise (IMHO) it is a bit off the Mk262 but similar (and more $) than the BlackHills civilian sale loadings
