Whats the easiest way to get ahold of a Boyd's (or similar) stock for a Savage?

i know i can do a web search and find a dozen online retailers but are there any in Canada? if they are in the US could you guys recommend one that has no hassle shipping to Canada?
will the new export regulations in the US affect a laminate wood stock? is there a chance of confiscation? are these even covered by the export regulations -- ie: could i just get a friend in the US to pick one up for me and mail it USPS in a box?

do they even make them for the new style detachable mag models with a mag like this?

Ordered it directly from Boyds. It took a while but I got mine for my Savage a few weeks ago. Apparently I got one of the last "virtual inlet" (not finished) and now they only sell the finished stoks. The virtual inlet were under $100 so no problems at the borders and no export permit required.

When I purchased mine, i went onto their website, called them up and placed an order. It took awhile to get mmine in, but others have theirs come in quicker.

If you had a friend in the states, it may be easier to get it here in Canada.
