Whats the Skinny on the Hatsan MPA

Hey guys. Over the days I have been convincing myself I want a semi auto shotty. I have $500 to spend (or less...) and I think I wanna get a Hatsan MPA. But I have questions

1. 18.5 or 20 inch barrels. What is available in Canada? I am looking for an 18.5 one if possible. SFRC is offering 20 inch ones with 4+1 capacity but...

2. Aren't these 5+1? or is SFRC meaning 4+1 in 3 inch shells?

3. Is the fabled ATI stock for these available anywhere yet?

4. How is the trigger? I heard you have to pull up on it somewhat? Is it that bothersome?

I've owned One for over a year. The barrel is 18.5 inches to the end on the threads. The muzzle brake adds another inch and a half. I think that is where the 20 inch comes from.

With stock mag cap you get 4 + 1 2.75 shells. I bought an S and J +1 mag extension to get 5 rounds.

Still a fable as far as I know.

You have to pull the trigger up, it rotates a little differently then an 870. Never bothered me. It's a good gun, Shoots and cycles everything. Bit of a pain to clean, but I am anal about keeping my guns clean.

DOes it fair well in plate shooting ? yea sure. That shooter could be a little faster but that was 2 years ago ... Ive gotten worse I think.
