we thank you for you orders, but each time you place an order we email you and tell you the same thing again.
you said you send emt but you order clearly shows order payment made by Visa.
we ran the card info saw that it was a debit visa card and send you an email, same email we send each time you send an order.
we have seen that at times you have paid by EMT, so im not sure what the issue is.
We are sorry if no one has got back too you, but there in no one sitting by the phone all day waiting to take calls at this time, some time next year when we make a few large changes, there will be someone to answer calls 24/7
