What's up with 12.2, 12.3, 12.5?

reinstating SAPs (or just plain ATTs like it should be) for prohibs isnt HARD for the government to do...it just a regulation or rule or some damn thing

its not like revoking the registry....It could probably be done with no fanfare whatsoever....just like when they stopped issuing them
 
a good portion of what is now 12-whatever were created by oic after the libs took power- there's no REASON that they couldn't be restored via the same route- as for the situation that made them safe queens, the letter said it was an INTERPETATION of the regulations or something that did that- and that the previous INTERPETATION of the regs was wrong- it could be interpeted that the last interepation was wrong, and the previous one was right- sorry to make your head spin
i just dug out the LETTER- it sounds like it's been written by some top end guy at the cfc , not a mp or judge-

Nice to find a "common " thread like this ,& especially comforting to know that there are at least a few other law abiding citizens out there who have been unjustly denied LEGITIMATE use of their own property .
